Carla Campbell
A love of space planning started Carla’s life-long career in cabinetry that she began while finishing up her degree in Interior Design at the University of Wisconsin. Her first job while still in college was in a design position for a retail cabinet company in her hometown. Many types of positions followed: draftsperson at a cabinet shop, outside sales to local builders, sales and design at a lumberyard, all of which prepared her for the lifelong dream of working for a cabinet manufacturer.
Upon getting married in 1990, Carla and her husband, Randy Rosen, moved to California to start a new life together. She initially worked for a home center and cabinet company servicing the burgeoning construction business there. The opportunity to work for KraftMaid came about as a West Coast trainer and showroom designer, servicing Home Depot and West Coast area dealers.
Four years later, an outside sales position at KraftMaid beckoned in the Pacific Northwest. Ready for a change, Carla and her husband moved to Seattle in 1996 and she began servicing dealers in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon & Washington. In 2001, Carla took a position with Pacific Crest Industries (now known as Bellmont), which at the time, was a small cabinet manufacturer looking to grow. While there, she enjoyed working with marketing and the product development team to introduce some of the most innovative products of their time and help the company grow.
In 2009, Carla decided to become an independent rep to allow her more freedom. Shortly thereafter, she expanded her rep agency to include a wood countertop line and several cabinet manufacturers.
Now servicing 6 states in the Pacific Northwest: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Carla enjoys the excitement of traveling and meeting with new and existing dealers to help them grow their businesses.
Carla has been a proud MANA Member since 2018 and was awarded the MANA Member in Good Standing Certificate.
Susan Campbell
Susan started her career in design in Wisconsin while married to her husband Ted, a commercial builder/contractor. She helped him with the interiors of the projects that he built, including several restaurants, a hotel and a tavern. Upon completing her on-line Interior Design degree with LaSalle University, Susan began remodeling local are homes through referrals.
In 1985, she moved to California and sold high-end furniture through a local area retailer. In the early 1990’s, Susan eventually began working in the tile and stone industry for several manufacturers.
After re-locating to Albuquerque to care for her aging parents, she worked as an architectural rep for Arizona Tile and then Interceramic. In those positions, she worked with architects who specified her products for schools and other commercial and government buildings.
Upon retiring in 2012, Susan moved to the Seattle area to be closer to her daughter, Carla. Looking for something to satisfy her creative outlet, she began helping Carla in her rep agency and enjoys interacting with their many dealers.
CLIFTON PRIEST
As a young adult, Clifton was intrigued by design and symmetry and his passion for science, technology and art led him to study graphic design. In 1999, a kitchen and bath design position presented itself at Franklin Building Supply, where Clifton had worked since 1996. This opportunity was the beginning of a 20+ year design career, that proved to be the amazing, and challenging journey he was hoping for.
Clifton subsequently worked as an independent designer with his own firm; Treasure Valley Design, Nampa Floors & Interiors and ProSource, where he developed the skills needed to collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Builders, and his consumer clientele.
Ready for a new challenge, Clifton connected with Carla Campbell, a cabinet manufacturers’ representative he had worked with previously in his role at Nampa Floors. He began working as an Account Manager for Campbell Sales and Marketing in June 2021. For Clifton, this was the challenge that gifted him the opportunity to not only share his years of experience with those on the same career path that he once walked, but also serve as their trusted advisor.
MICHELLE GRANT
Michelle’s interest in design began when she was a sophomore in high school and her parents were building a commercial building. She was able to witness the architectural and interior design aspects and was fascinated by the process.
That lead her to enroll at Oregon State University into the housing program and then later to focus on the specific Kitchen Design Specialty. She earned her bachelor's degree in 1994 and started her career at Hayes Cabinets. During her 25+ years there, she was the Assistant Showroom Manager, then was in Commercial and Residential Design & Sales. Michelle always felt like a part of the family.
Michelle is writing a new chapter by joining the Campbell Sales and Marketing Team and shifting over to the East Side of Washington. Michelle is very excited to merge her cabinet knowledge with Campbell Sales and Marketing to fuel the passion of helping people make a house their home.
